trunkmonk, I would suggest you avoid these questions...
1) Why wasn't the TAO deal closed as expected?
2) Why don't you keep us fully informed, as you said it was your goal?
3) How far behind in the rent is the company currently?
4) Is the company up to date on their payroll taxes?
5) Are there anymore lawsuits that we haven't heard about yet?
6) Does the company currently have insurance since their insurance carrier is having to pay out millions because of GlobeTel?
7) Why were the NMC projections such a "joke"?
8) Does NMC even have one customer yet?
9) Does NMC even exist at this point?
10) Why did the company tell us photos taken from a roof top were from an airship?
11) When the company got caught why didn't they explain the obvious attempt at deception?
12) Why are they still being investigated by the SEC?
13) Did the SEC make Mar.31 "the" deadline for financials?
14) Have any more former GlobeTel employees received Wells Notices?
15) Does the company have a defined source of funding yet?
16) Why hasn't there been an 8K about the "secret" investors yet, that mide spoke of?
17) Were you surprised Tim Huff is now competing against the company?
18) Is Uli selling HotZone units even while the lawsuits are pending?
19) Does the company still have 7 employees?
20) How can an attorney lead a revolutionary, paradigm shifting communications technology company?
trunk, I could go on and on, but you get the idea...
You might want to limit your questions to things like potential, opportunities, partners... maybe the weather... etc...
It might be a good idea to avoid any direct, pertinent questions about specific details, as they could be very "embarrassing". If you stick to the same vague, optimistic fluff that these guys love to discuss, your meeting should go great!
