As far as how can they take back the shell. I am sure there was a contracted price as well as shares for the shell, that was the deal for Super Pro. When they drove the the price down on Super Pro by selling like they are now, SP was unable to raise enough funds from there own sale of stock, couldn't attract investors due to the low share price and couldn't meet there financial obligations to Big Apple and eventually just surrendered the shell back to Big Apple. That could happen here if they continue to sell when there is no market to absorb that many shares and pound the price into oblivion, so much so that it may not be able to come back. Dashing another CEO's (Goldwater) dreams of being public. They continue to sell it down to par value, then stop for a few days, let it recover with a few prs and then sell sell sell. Who knows when it will end, and when it does, can it recover?? That is the question. I believe this company has a real chance, but so did Super Pro, and we see how that ended.
