well, it appears that you agree that big apple is the seller. If that is the case, they sell and have less and less shares, how do they take back the shell? the shares that are being sold are being redistributed to the public, and the less shares big apple has, the less say in what happens. A shell is only good if you can control an overwhelming majority of the shares, which is no longer the case here as it applies to afao.
in the pink sheet disclosure, it says that there has been 514 million given, and as of the date of the disclosure they were doing a private placement. between the two that should be the additional 1 billion shares.
and yes, they had tons of shares, but if they have been the seller since october, they have to at least have alot less shares than they had before.
I would think that goldwater was given the 540 million for the 5,400, and then afao issued the 514 million to big apple. Big apple has been a constant seller, and hopefully Goldwater is smart enough to be a buyer at .0002 $50,000 will get him 250 million shares at this price.
Trust me, I am NOT happy with big apple. BUT, If they are the seller, the lower the price is, the quicker they are out of the way. if they only sell 5 million a day that is only 100 days to sell the 500 million, if they started selling in october, they have to be nearly done.
btw, what was the ipo terms on spvg?
