tricked a lot of people with that weisel wording.
"it says a fixed price of $.40.. right in the filing.em"
That does not make sense. They basically have to buy the stock for .40 first? That will not be happening for a long time. I think this needs further explanation. So why the sell off here then? Why even bring it up now. That file will be at the bottom of the list if this ever gets to .40.
