The market is never wrong. It has priced EFFC near its 52-week low, which means the fair price for EFFC is near its 52-week low. The market is never wrong.

P.S. Mannystef and huppe suck imo and there is nothing special about them with maybe the exception of pulling the wool over the eyes of shareholders. imo
