So how many more shares will be given out for this? And what about the argo shares? Will they get back into the treasury. You know I'm sorry but I start to think that Huppe is kidding all of us serious investors. Can't believe that.

FOLO CRAM is no longer tied to specific "Argo" hardware, it integrates with existing hardware already installed in the market place, this is a thing of beauty IMO!

The FOLO CRAM(TM) does not affect the driver's normal performance. It requires no special connection or wiring and is easily integrated into fleet management applications already installed in the market today.

LOL...apparently EFFC shelled out 10M shares to Shin for Argo and then let him walk away from the deal.

Now, they acquire a nameless and faceless software company for who knows what.

I would not doubt if this is followed by some announcement that the nameless faceless software company was bought with shares, and due to the purchase EFFC will need to increase the A/S. Apparently the market agrees, as someone is selling huge chunks and EFFC is going down since the announcement.
