This is only in response to correspondence from Jason to a boardmember. JASON assumed that this board and it's shareholders are in favor of a reverse split at this time, NOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
