There have been some arrangements

like that in the past, but I think for the most part those types of agreements are no longer being sought by ARAY.

I believe the current business model is to sell the CK & one of the service plans. Moreover, it seems that MOST of the customers see the best value (to them) in the most expensive/comprehensive support agreement offered by ARAY which includes updates to the CK system.
