Cap Growth and Darbie were Market Makers. In fact Darbie admitted to selling short 25 million shares, and looked to BCIT to cover them... which they did.

In addition, Cap Growth and Darbie were selling the Megas counterfeits. The OK lawsuit specified that those shares were signed by Thomas Megas - not Richard Carter.

Megas said that the SACM shares being sold were signed by Richard Carter... so definately different MM's, with different shares/certs.

CGC and Darbie only had 244 million shares - and that squares with the SEC action concerning the Megas forgeries/counterfeits.

fructose - another approach for verification here....

The SEC actions dealt with at least 490 million shares, and clearly divided them between Carter and counterfeits

The OK lawsuit only addressed 244 million shares - the counterfeits

Yes fructose... as discussed long ago...

SACM (or scam as some referred to them back then)was the conduit.

Now if you really remember back.. ol' Sir lance-a-lot (remember him?) at the beginning of this when Megas mentioned SACM,s involvement, thought SACM innocent and that they would be sueing BCIT for the comment/implication... well... again ... Megas was right and the sec report confirms it!

Those who jumped on the Bash Megas band wagon, who are now back pedalling and trying to regain some credibility with constant postings, have once again been proven... wrong!
