Exactly how do you know that? I've never seen SACM mentioned anywhere since August 2005.
You see, there were 12 defendants who only sold 244 million shares... so what about the retail investor like us?
Even if we assume CGC and Darbie used SACM, thats only for those 12 defendants.... what about the rest of the 500 million shares? What about the 1 billion shares in total that Megas identified - and that Pino sold?
Who was the middleman? It obviously wasn't CGC or Darbie.
Who else besides CGC and Darbie were used by Pino?
