SACM was a leading MM on the ASK side - meaning they were selling shares.

The gecko reported that to Megas in July 2005, and Megas even mentioned SACM in his August 1st PR about the shares being dumped.

Who was the middleman between SACM and BCIT?

For Darbie and CGC, Pino's middleman was Joe Poe - who lost a ton of money and was fired. and of course, Darbie/CGC had to settle with the BCIT lawsuit

You can't just walk in to a company like SACM with hundreds of millions of certificates and get them to sell them... SACM would rely on someone to do proper DD - and it wouldn't be Pino.

So who did Pino use? Cause sure as I'm sitting here, SACM dumped millions and millions of shares on the market. They had to come from somewhere.
