You can't just walk in to a company like SACM with hundreds of millions of certificates and get them to sell them... SACM would rely on someone to do proper DD - and it wouldn't be Pino.
So who did Pino use? Cause sure as I'm sitting here, SACM dumped millions and millions of shares on the market. They had to come from somewhere.
