Depending how many they plan to buyback we may not see a PR or stay in this range purposely for a while...till they are satisfied...then boom the PR's we are expecting

I believe any trade at 10 million or above are reported to the marketplace as an 'insitutional' trade. That may be why oftern we see trades just below that number. It keeps them under the radar so to speak. RTB
