I don't think insiders are necessarily buying. the insider % was 30%, now it's 42%...looks like that is just adding on NITE's 12%.

if there was real volume on the ask the stock would move IMO...right now people are in limbo mode waiting to see when it will turn and trying to get shares at the bid. no reason to stop speculating about r/m or takeover IMO.....DD still points to change in control for MSTF and float in storng hands. ceo loaded with stock options, no need to see any r/s here on a merger IMO. gotta remain bullish and LOAD THE BOAT HERE IMO
