Watching this stock trade, I'm reminded of the limbo song... how loooow will it goooo?

If the insiders are buying the stock, I'm curious to know why they waited until it was this price to do it? I mean, it's not like they didn't have enough time and opportunity to buy it at a much lower price between late November '07 and early February.

For new investors, the daily chart looks like a really bad buy right now. It looks like a bloody falling knife. And only the most daring would attempt to stop it.

It may be a great buy at these prices, but how in the world would anybody know with so much speculation about the O/S increasing? If NITE bought up a little over 12%, that's only a little over 3.6 million shares. That announcement was made back on 07FEB. Around 200 million shares have traded since then. With all of that trading, surely NITE has no more shares to sell. This begs the question, why, with so many people holding such large positions, is the PPS dropping practically every day? Surely the people who read this Ihub board hold the other 57.34% of the stock. That's only 17.2 million shares for crying out loud. At $0.005 PPS that's only $86,000!

Only those who dare to fail greatly can ever achieve greatly.
