So it really doesn't really matter now the company dumps shares for $$ to facilitate (** to pay for social fees like beer/girl/diamond/car/etc **)closing of the deal.

Once the deal goes through, $7 millions to buy back stock. What an awesome plan!!!

If HCPC was smart they would wait to PR the closing of the 400M loan(if and when that happens)until they use the proceeds to actually buyback--- if in fact they are intending to buyback. Wouldn't you think?
