Wow, if they ask 18% return, you can be sure it is in their most high risk portfolio of all loans they isssue. Well, maybe, it could be, perhaps, there is this tiny little chance that THAT could be the reason why the PPS did not even budge when the deal was announced, or at least budged just to drop shortly after to even lower lows...

Yes,make sure you pass that along and where you got the information as well. I have seen nothing regarding the interest on the loan. Is that something that they are required to disclose? What makes you think that is the figure in the first place?
