18%??? are you kidding me?? Is it really that high? And then to think that people are jumping to conclusions: this has to be good because Wells Fargo is financing it. Wow, if they ask 18% return, you can be sure it is in their most high risk portfolio of all loans they isssue. Well, maybe, it could be, perhaps, there is this tiny little chance that THAT could be the reason why the PPS did not even budge when the deal was announced, or at least budged just to drop shortly after to even lower lows...
