NP. That is why MOSH's motion on the 15th was granted in part. The court already stated it can not reopen the summary judgement record. Thus MOSH request to reopen the summary judgement record and "continue" it is not valid.

"The summary judgment record on defendants' pending motions is closed absent leave of court to reopen" (Document 33528296)
