In the reports that I have seen the cause of accidents cause by this type of advertising is far below cell phone usage and eating while driving.

That is not to say that some yahoo might not take it up as a cause to try and restrict it; however I could see them setting standards on how often it could scroll vs. banning scrolling at all. The scrolling ads or video ads have been around for years, such as Time Square or Shanghai as examples.

This would not impact AWYI's plan much that I can see.
