Nice posts. One element some might not understand is that all display programming and changes could be handled out of one building, anywhere, for the entire customer base. It would be more likely to be regionally based, but the point is, you could take the actual add developement to one proffessional group, sales & marketting to another,etc, at independant locations. Very cost effective. One question I have. Have you seen any of the undercurrents promoting the restrictions on video type adds on or near roadways? Displays that don't change (scroll continously) were not the targets. Some have questioned the safety aspects of these distractions in the visible range of the driving public. I could see local restrictions changing the way we display a customer's message in that zone. But that also means there are now two accounts for any customer wanting "in the mall & out front/on the road" exposure. Your thoughts? LC
