I visited CX2 web site,they appear to be a real company with a real "nitch" product, that could have wide applications in security communication and homeland security.
Once marketmakers and qualified investors are properly educated,by prospectus I assume ?? - I believe volume will kick in, and so I will average up, NOT down. I learned my lesson on VTEC, trading in the dark after the first run up. !!
