Your right there I guess if they owed that much they were actuall making sometihing.

We will never know unless they come up with the balance sheet. Chinese companies are known for dragging out accounts receivables , however, it is very strange that they are not able to pay a 90K bill when they reportedly have 1mil in revenues.
