Jai,

Heck, I volunteer to bring the COCO for Uncle Billy. Better yet, I volunteer to sit outside waiting for them.

So come on Uncle Billy fill up that fountain pen. Put on a raincoat and golashes. Bring a nice hot thermose of COCO and sit right at these guys door until they sign.

jai, I think it's dangerous to assume that the market will assign a fair value to IDCC's shares using a price to sales ratio of 10... value screeners look for price to sales ratios under 2.

Jai, If your $3M forecasted increase is only NEC, that would equal approximately 600K handsets shipped in Q1 '04. I think you'll see a larger number from NEC than that. Mr. Fok, Managing Director of Hutchison, stated on 2/16 that he had 1.3M phones already available. 1.3M handsets will generate $6.5M, or $3.5M more then your estimate.

Bob

$20 is mice nuts
idcc is playing almost like an option contract. the expiration is 1q05 and the time value is building. the market is well aware of the idcc geometric progression--witness 1999. nobody has forgotten that. any everybody knows how the money works with idcc. it's just not here yet.

institutions and WS insiders believe they know how to play the game. they are willing to wait and put their money elsewhere--probably cash these days, (due to world instability). they'll jump in later and be delighted with 50% returns!

I won't liquidate for fear that i'll hesitate to get back in and miss the 300% we have in front of us. it's all time value. think about 2008--500M UMTS handsets. the tea leaves will continue to become clearer. remember, sell side analysts are in a different business--widows and orphans. they need to have data to show before they can really go out on a limb.

that is not our business! we are here to herald the coming of a TSUNAMI!!! 2B...2B...2B...GSM subscribers are migrating to WCDMA/UMTS. it's an evotution--WHICH TAKES TIME. while others are worried about perturbations we are building mansions in the hills that will have a great view of the TSUNAMI!!!
