Hi BF, Thanks. Nice to see these things enumerated. I can think of a few things that may cost less as well: such as health insurance premiums; Iraq war costs etc.
My enthusiasm for Obama has much to do with his ideas about structural reform to the decision-making process. And this should have a very significant benefit to US efficiency as well.
I don't know how you feel about this, but I'm just a wee bit surprised that Republicans are making any kind of argument about the expansion of government spending just at this moment in history.
