The manager at Mesquite may have been telling you that they would be completing the work so MNTY could take over. Remember, Terrys, or the Landlord to be specific is required to do the buildout before we take possesion. Once we do take possession, we will have a new ceiling, new floors, offices, a break room, and restrooms, all to be built by the Landlord, NOT US! When we do get the keys, it will take us a matter of days to put in shelving, and stock the shelves. We need to hire, train, get any permits not already got, secure vendors, and a ton of other litlle to do list stuff. Yes, that's a lot, but it can get done super quick. Once we start our part of it, it'll come together real quick.
