Hows this idea....

TA's are gagged for a couple of reasons. Most likely the AS has gone up. TA's would be gagged for a couple of reasons:

1. company has raised AS to dump shares into the OS for operating cash.

What would've changed for PDGT to need more cash than they did before? Has their burn rate increased? Why? Have they not made enough sales recently to cover the old burn rate?

2. company has raised AS for acquisition options.

The TA told me that they should be 'ungagged soon' but that has been delayed...why? Acquisitions can take a long time and see many delays. If a company is just dumping shares, they don't want to drag it out and delay it which causes more problems.

Any other angles/perspectives on this board about this?
