Share count: You guys are forgetting one important thing. The daily volume has no indication of the company dumping. I mean, you would see at least 10's of millions of shares sold each day(even some days). I don't see it. In fact, if you look at the chalk and money flow on the chart, its a green mountain. If there is any dumping going on, it is very small. Too small to call dumping. IMHO
