lets see how things progress w/ lucent in the "rocket docket" court...if the proceedings are moved along quickly...idc might become very agressive in wcdma...cdma2000 has an actual "body of work" at this point...wcdma is not yet there...and besides...the only guy in wcdma w/ an actual "body of work" is a paying customer
