before I can even begin to reply to that, I need an explanation (in detail) of how a person could profit, or be left with some kind of profit as you put it, by owning a lot of shares expecting a dramatic reverse split. And by the way, I'll help you with some math...40 million shares has a value of only $4,000. I don't see how someone with so little invested could be an insider, or a "spy" as you put it.

I found your post rather offensive. I am not an insider and have not purchased this # expecting a reverse split and I own over 90 mil shares. If you look at my posts you will see the information I have given to others on this stock.
