Sure.

Make a Screenshot, insert into some bitmap file or the like, cut out the level II screen, insert into new bitmap file (MS accessories "Paint" etc), put the file on a webpage and copy the link into the ihub post "[.chart]link[.chart]".

Dunno if you can make jpg´s etc., standard bitmap (.bmp) works. I rarely do this anyway.
