I think the two websites we found are for the same company. Perhaps the link you included below was the "old" website. Now that GRXI is the owner, per the PR recently, they made a new website. I'm thinking now the new website just hasn't been completed yet, which sucks since this is after all a business. You'd think the first thing they'd get done is the website.
