Thanks Phil....
I am honestly so fed up....I don't know what to do other than walk away...hopefully with smaller losses than I would face at the moment.
The next step needs to be taken by management....I would be overjoyed if they made any attempt to regain the trust of shareholders.
It is not in my nature to flip stocks.....but I am begining to believe it's the only way to make any money in pinks.
Just once I'd like to see a company with integrity, act in the best interest of shareholders.....just once!

Phil. let me say again thanks for all your efforts!

This play is not my usual play but honestly when I first started reading about Market99 I was intrigued. We were under the impression the $ were in place for the initial builds then after listing to the CC I was impressed, I did some DD of my own and jumped in. I figured, with Des's rep for being able to get a stock to sky rocket, I may just get in, make some profit, and get out quick. Or, if it turned out to be legit, I'd get in, recoupe my initial investment, collect profit along the way, and let some ride. (this is still my hope).

Well, the sky rocketing hasn't happened (yet) as I'd hoped and I'm honestly not sure about anything else.

You gave good advice to all of us about doing DD - for our individual good and for the good of the group. I agree but, after all you, and others, have done in regards to DD there is only one real meaningful thing that will provide us with the information that will make any real difference - and that is this. Management has to honestly share with us what is going on in their minds and hearts! That's the only way we will know for sure where we stand. "Silence is Golden", we've all heard this term. But sometimes silence really sucks. Sometimes silence gives the impressions somethings may be terribly wrong.

This evening I assisted in provided the word to our congregation in church. The theme was roughly our striving to be examples through our words and deeds. That's what we as investers need here - honest factual words followed by solid tangible deeds.
