Unless your part of Peter's family I'd look elsewhere to invest your hard earned dollars.
The uninsured or underinsured can't afford $30 plus dollars a month on the internet or a couple of hundred dollars for a computer never mind paying a FEE to join some obscure internet company with zero transparency and a CEO that has failed to deliver at every turn.
