It exists, that's for sure. Too bad that

1. It wasn't EFFC's to keep
2. Huppe used it as a platform to scam investors
3. Regardless, it is now mired in the court and no one can use it
4. It does not prove anything about FOLO, the tech that Huppe claimed to have developed when he was running a WEB DESIGN FIRM.
