I don't think PINK SHEETS are excluded. My thinking is that yesterday's selling was in anticipation of the massive volume expected in the small-caps today because the change takes effect today.

Fact is, doesn't look like anyone is dumping, meanwhile smart investors were waiting for today to gobble up shares at bargain price. As you said supply & demand is occurring. There are apperntly more investors trying to get in than getting out. by end of day, we should be back to normal.

BLLN being quoted on the PinkSheets has nothing to do with a large share holder’s or public fund’s obligation to file disclosure statements. The holder must file a yearly Schedule 13 with the SEC. It is due on feb 15 for most
