I just spoke to a friend of mine that is a huge broker at a large trading firm and he told me that BLLN is not affected in any way with this new rule of FEB,15,08 THE REASON IS because its a pink sheet that was once a public shell so none of the restricted shares from funds etc, become free trading for now.....so i guess at least some good news here...
