Our friends Donna and Karen are using the Chantix...they were supposed to stop smoking completely and write their good bye letters to their cigarettes yesterday...I haven't talked to them to see how they're doing...but I know they had cut back on the butts a lot during last week.

My exercise bike has a flat...I can't be bothered yet. I'll get back into it soon though...or I'll have to live in sweats! (as if I don't already LOLOL)
