I feel Like I need to do a little at a time. Des almost always gets my emails on his blackberry, he's on the road a lot, and when I overwhelm him, he just doesn't respond at all, in fact, he told me they just get deleted without being read. DO we know how many employees are on the floor daily? I am sure their weekly margin is around 4-5K
