#10205 RE: chunga1 #10203

So, Weisel aside, what is the general consensus here as to what Chuck House, Lloyd Spencer, David Hyams, Kevin McCarthy, Bob Smith, et al. are doing? Do they think this company has a ghost of a chance? Are they simply positioning themselves to be able to sell the company's patents (physical assets are negligible) to a third party they have some connection with? Wouldn't that allow them (or anyone) to utilize the patents and corporate contacts while Cornell and the current shareholders get stuck with a bankrupt shell?

And speaking of shareholders, did I read correctly in the S-1/A that Innova only has 130 total shareholders? That's a pretty small number. I wonder how many log onto this message board? How many go/went to shareholder meetings in the past? How many people here have been to an actual meeting?

Just some thoughts.
