Newtrader - I did not ask for the name of the nice young lady, so can't exactly help out with that. The phone number I called is :
Corporate Amendments/Dissolutions/Withdrawals (850) 245-6050

To all that may read this - I did not divulge this information to cause others to sell, hold, or crap themselves, but merely to provide information. I have a vested interest in this stock, and I will probably loose my investment. Most every Pinkie is a lottery ticket, most every Pinkie increases A/S, dillutes, RS a couple of times, etc.

There may be some light at the end of the tunnel. Because HCPC is not a SEC reporting company, they do not have to file anything pursuant to granting shares of stock (say to executives) for services. That being said, the increased A/S could have given the company the distance from the O/S to allow for huge grants of shares to executives in preparation for Loan closings, which would increase PPS, which would allow execs to sell all the granted shares at a higher PPS and ultimately make $ millions.

The explanation of NO BID could simply be MM's toyin with John Q Public, forcing mass histeria, causing some morons to place market orders (selling below .0001), and allowing accumulation for anticipated PR's. The fact that the Float is so high means billions of shares openly traded (i.e. increased chare volume is last week). Congress is working to make trading on the Pinks and OTC's better by requiring quarterly reporting, but that does not take effect until later in 2008.

I hope all turns out well for IHUB'ers, shareholders, and myself. Wait for the filing to hit sunbiz.org, and then feel free to make a decision about trusting what I posted today!!!!!!!!!!!IMHO!!!!!!!!!MILO

I had a feeling in January that they were not going to close the loan but that was based on the current market situation and the interest drop. I was still confident up to this last raise in A/S. I'm giving this until the 25th and if by then there is no loan closing or at the very least an announcement of a merger then I'll try to sell into the next supposed pump.
