maybe the share counts aren't updated frequently on the site? I doubt UDSG is waiting for cheaper shares due to the events that will happen on Feb. 20th. May never see cheaper shares than now...so maybe they are buying back but it is not showing up yet. IDK. Something to think about I guess.
