Just exactly *what is* this company "doing"? Ya got 7 employees sitting in South Florida collecting paychecks while fending off bill collectors and a blimp at some community college in Germany and *no* news as to previously announced initiatives that were supposedly designed to provide revenue (that would be $$$ for those who may have forgotten the actual reason for the existence of public companies).

When a de-listed company receives a Wells Notice subsequent to an on-going SEC investigation. When a company who has no defined source of funding, seven employees, no independent directors because they all resigned....when a company has been booted from their corporate office & R&D HQ.....when a company fails to deliver on everything they've ever told the investment public....when a company is fronted by a individual with a track record of destroying shareholder value.....something's probably very dirty....investors know this.
