Hk Fooey: Thanks. That's pretty much how I'm going to look at this until something dire happens (like the High Court doesn't uphold the VAT Tribunal - that would be dire).
As for the longer delay, I hope it winds up being much shorter than what you think it could be. Maybe the High Court will see that this is something that is directly affecting many companies, as well as the government, and speed up the process.
