SSTP Financing

There is no detail in the agreement to provide anyone with an idea of where the money will come from. Some of it will be from the market, yes, but not most. Some will be privately raised, and some will need to come from the government, in various forms.

All energy deals of this order of magnitude require a viable plan to fund raise. I would like to see SSTP's.
