I agree with you and his stratigy. However that would have been fine had he not implied that we would be getting them all and then a month or two later he informs us that he will be doling them out to us over a period of time. Remember all I want from Peter is integrity. It was just once again underhanded, over promising, lieing, naive, etc... but it wasn't acting with integrity. Will he file QTIG on time. I am still looking for someone to take my bet.
