BDRR ~ Share Structure ~ 02/04/08

I had a very nice conversation with transfer agent
inregards to Bedarra Share structure .....
He has dealt with this shell for many years
even when the shell was another company before
becoming Bedarra (BDRR) on 12/19/07 ...

He was very assured that the current share structure is
exactly as he has it stated in his transfer records ..
therefore he felt no strong need for the DTCC NOBO list as
he can trace the historical records inregards to this shell.
He said the share structure is very accurate by his records.
We did discuss the process of acquiring a NOBO list and how
BDRR does not show on the SHO list

We somewhat both came to the same opinion on the volume of
trading that is currently showing ... as this being a new
company that just began trading on 12/19/07 .. many of the
new investors who just bought in may still be alittle
insecure about holding longer term for fair market value on
compariables until they have more confidence & creditials of
Bedarra management working business plans for shareholder
value ... One clear factor is BDRR is on the popular
watchlist of many investors now within a couple of weeks ...

Bedarra value by share structure & sector rev
looks to have very strong potential for +big % gains

*just look at IMGG .18 pps compariable for example
