yes - read the response i got from the ceo a couple weeks back

Glenn,

Thanks for message. Our 10-KSB that we filed on 1/14/08 provides all info.
But let me summarize some points. Yorkville Advisors, formerly Cornell
Capital, converted Series A preferred shares into 95,911,882 shares before
9/30/07 and into an additional 110,814,396 shares until 11/20/07 to a total
of 206,726,278 shares. Since 11/20/07 they have not converted any more
shares. For different reasons, I don't expect them to convert and sell any
shares for some time, how long I don't know yet.

The balance shares that were issued were all restricted shares that follow
SEC Rule 144 restrictions.

I hope this helps.

Regards,

Coernell has not sold any shares since Nov. confirmed by Arne himself, I have watched almost everytrade now for almost 2 months and never sonce saw any dilution, a lot of daytrading and flipping, that is it, never once did we ever see any dilution.
