Alll I can say is they have always taken care of me. Did you send a link of the actual game? Without that, it is hard to trace. Every game has an ID# and you need to give that to them to track. If you did not, it is possible, they won't be able to find it. If so, they will most likely give you a mess of FT points to try to make up for that.
