I thought the same thing. Maybe they will eventually catch up with me, but it's been awhile and they have never taken this long. Granted they were probably overwhelmed with email when the problem occurred but it's on the 3rd day now and still no respond
to 4 emails I sent support and the cashier.

I don't hold out much hope, but maybe I will be pleasantly surprised.
